Post Signature: Hello - I have never used dyes on my hair nor do I ever blow dry it (dries naturally). I usually wash my hair every 3 days or so and at that time it is oily. Within these 3 days, my hair shows signs of being oily on the 2nd day and washed on 3rd day. I do have thin hair due to the loss of volume because of hair loss. Here is my question: WHICH Shampoo and Cream Rinse should I use? I don't consider myself as having dry hair so I was going to get the shampoo for Normal to Oily Hair, BUT I was thinking that the BLUE bottle (Extra Creamy) conditioner would be better than the Oil-Free Conditioner. WHICH should I use? Should I get both of the same in the Shampoo & Conditioner or can it be one of each type?? I am so confused! Also, is the Gel and Extra EXACTLY the same thing or is one of them better than the other? Thanks for all your help :o)
