FAST - Fortified Amino Scalp Therapy Supplements, fast1 fast2...I don't get it ?? Are the two bottles for one month ? It says it contains 60 and 90 tablets..that's like 5 tables a day ? Is that right ?? " One month supply Part 1 60 tablets Part 2 90 tablets"..what does this mean ??

That is correct these are food suppliments not vitamins. They are herbal in nature and you do need to take 3 of one and 2 of the other each day. You can take them all at once or spread it out over the day.
