In addition to the Nisim products, which hair tablets should I take along side them?

The Mega Vitamins do have alot more RDA but are they more key compared to Wellman's?

Hi,
After following up on both of your vitamin choices, they both appear to be quite exhaustive regarding the key required Ingredients. I believe you would do well with either one depending on their cost. The vitamin regimen should be accompanied with a regular exercise program, (no smoking) and lots of varied fresh fruits and veggies for best results. Also ensure to get a Thyroid test done when having your yearly physical, particularly if experiencing a greater than normal rate of hair loss. Hope this helps.

My hair are falling very much in this season and they have become very thin? Can any experts here tell me which oil or tonic or any other method should i use to regain my hair?

I have been using homeopathic medicines for hair loss.But it takes long time give results.But since they don't have any side effects i want to continue them.Can i take nisim tablets as well as those medicines at the same time?
