Hi.
Can anyone here (or the moderators) share the recommended daily use of the shampoo and the gel formulation? I bought the package (shampoo, conditioner and the gel formulation) and I would like to know the best daily routine to use the products. I know that the gel should be use twice a day, does that apply to the shampoo too? Do i have to use the shampoo right before the gel?
Does the scalp need to be really dry before i can put on the gel?

You need to wash your hair each day. Wash rinse and then repeat. You should apply the extract 2 times per day. Most people do it in the morning then again in the evening. The hair should be towel dried prior to application.

| so I should just wash my hair (use the shampoo) once a day and use the extract twice a day? is that right? do I have to wash my hair (without the shampoo) when I try to apply the extract for the 2nd time in a day?
