Hi.  I recently purchased my second bottle of Nisim Shampoo for Normal to Dry Hair.  But I was quite disappointed as the 2nd bottle has kind of an off chemically smell and it does not foam as much as the first.  The lack of foaming causes me to have to use more and it doesnt distribute well through my hair.

I was wondering if there was a problem with the batch or if this is how Nisim Shampoo is going to be made from now on?  My lot # is 6 24152 10101 1.  I used to be able to use a small coin size dab for my whole hair but now i have to use more than twice that amount and it still does not foam that well

Please help because Im thinking if buying a new bottle will be of any help.

This is very strange where did you buy this product?  Where do you live?  The lot number you supplied isnt one of our lot numbers.  The lot number should look like 010409 followed by and expire date.

We are going to test it out tomorrow.  It doesnt appear to be any different from what we can tell here.  But will give it a live hair wash test

I suggest you send laura and email laura@nisim.com and ask her to replace your bottle for you with a new batch just to be safe

Tom

Thanks Tom.

I will just buy a new bottle and see how that one is. I really have seen a big difference in my hair after Nisim shampoo =D

I personally tested the shampoo from that lot myself and it seemed totally normal to me.  We have not had any other complaints.  If you want you can return it to us and we will send you a replacement bottle
