Hi, I received my products about two weeks ago, I am not so happy with the conditioner, it looks the same as the shampoo not creamy and does not give the hair a soft smooth texture like other conditioners, my hair looks and feels very dry like grass. Is this normal? I bought the product for oily hair.

Yes you have the oil free conditioner. If you are not happy with it you should return it for a refund or an exchange for the finishing rinse conditioner. The oily free is designed for those people with oily hair and scalps. It has no oil in it at all, this can leave drier hair feeling very dry. Please return it.
