I am not sure. All I can suggest is make sure you do not rub and use the shampoo every day. If you are still losing hair I guess it isnt going to work for you.

you only need to use a conditioner if your hair gets dried out our needs conditioning.

I did some further research and it turns out that is very normal for the small hairs to come in and fall out as the hairs become stronger and stronger over time.
