| I started using your product back in September. I used it about 8 times. I could not use it for 3 hair washes, then have used it continously since. I do not need to wash my hair everyday. I have not noticed much difference in the lenght of my hair as of yet. Do I need to use these products every day for it to work properly? Do I need to trim my hair? If so hoe often? You see I have not cut my hair since I was about 6 years old.My hair had only grown aloong with me to about the middle of my back. Over the last 5 years or so, I stopped trimming my hair since it seemed to be getting shorter andnnot growing. I now look at pictures and it has gotten shorter. So I decided to use your product, and am hoping it will help me get my hair back to the length it was 5 to 8 years ago without waiting 5 to 8 years.

FAST was designed based on it being used daily washing rinsing and repeating. If you can do that you will see faster results

isnt it bad to wash your hair everyday??
and if I just use the FAST shampoo and conditioner without the scalp extract will my results still be the same?
or do I have to purchase the extract ?

You dont need the extract if you are using FAST. FAST is for just growing your hair faster not to bring back hair lost due to hair loss. It is good to shampoo your hair daily when you use a quality product like Nisim, or FAST. I shampoo my hair every day and have for many years.
