That is a MUST. These two products will just clean your hair, it is the extract that is what helps with hair growth/stopping hair loss. I LOVE these products, but more so because it is the only product I have found that has gotten rid of the psoriasis on my scalp. I went to the hairstylist for the first time since starting this regiment and she was so impressed with the condition of my scalp and hair that she ordered some for herself and for another client who had bad psoriasis on her scalp.
