I'm a 38 year old male as well as a drummer for a signed band in Florida. About two years ago I got depressed and cut off my waist-length hair that took me almost TEN full years to grow. This was due to some health issues involving very high-powered medications that caused about two-thirds of my hair to fall out. Within the last five months I've switched to a holistic doctor..and was skeptical. But not only has my body gone into full recovery...my hair started growing back...all of it!!. I recently found info on this product ( F.A.S.T.) as well, which I'd never heard of before two weeks ago. I decided to try it, and purchased the shampoo and conditioner which arrived about five days ago. I've used it everyday since and am already stunned by how my hair looks. It's amazingly shiny, looks and feels even thicker, and smells great. I'm getting compliments from everyone. I also did indeed take measurement. Measuring from my front hairline down the back of my head to the longest point of hair is 16 inches right now. I'll post monthly on the growth rate. The vitamins and herbs that my doctor gives me have already really primed this experiment...so now I'll top it off with my new secret weapon. F.A.S.T.

I can't stop running my fingers through my own hair. I've colored it with henna, which is also a natural scalp treatment...and this shampoo is the only thing that ever has left my hair looking and feeling freshly henna-ed...amazing. now lets see if I can grow back nearly feet of it in half the time! I'm really excited! I think it will work! and regardless...I'll NEVEr use any other shampoo because NOTHING has ever made my hair look and feel this good except henna. Enough rambling...I'll update measurements in three weeks!

Hi all!

I came here after hours of scouring Google for all the reviews on F.A.S.T shampoo and conditioner. I accidentally came across the link when searching for info about hair growth. I thought 'WTF? Naah..' at first, but kept reading, and kept reading...and all I found were good reviews. (And maybe one or two 'it just didn't work' ones which were hardly negative. Just down to the individual's hair methinks.)

So I'm shocked.

I have naturally thick hair that grows quite quickly anyway (kinda. But let's just say I'm very impatient). I kept cutting my hair because it gets in the way when it reaches a certain length because it's so thick, but...well...my boyfriend is a long hair fan (And he has longer hair than me. Pitiful!). I just want long hair again. I regret cutting it, but my feelings were lifted when I read the F.A.S.T reviews. I'm going to try it.

I'm hoping to buy some next week, and will update you on my progress with it.

But this seems too good to be true! Roughly how long does the hair grow when using F.A.S.T?
And when does it start 'kicking in', shall we say? When do we usually get to see the results?
And must you use it daily? This is fine for me as I wash my hair daily anyway.

Fast and Hypothyroidism

I have always had thick and long hair, however about 3 years ago I notice a lot of changes in my hair. It was starting to thin, brittle and frizzy. I have been treated for hypothyroidism and my tests are always showing in the "normal" range, however I still have trouble getting my hair to grow again. I take a multi-vitamin and I get my hair trimmed every 8 weeks. Does Fast work and help people with Hypothyroidism?

A Few Questions about F.A.S.T

I started using your product back in September. I used it about 8 times. I could not use it for 3 hair washes, then have used it continously since. I do not need to wash my hair everyday. I have not noticed much difference in the lenght of my hair as of yet.

Do I need to use these products every day for it to work properly? Do I need to trim my hair? If so hoe often?

You see I have not cut my hair since I was about 6 years old.My hair had only grown aloong with me to about the middle of my back. Over the last 5 years or so, I stopped trimming my hair since it seemed to be getting shorter andnnot growing. I now look at pictures and it has gotten shorter. So I decided to use your product, and am hoping it will help me get my hair back to the length it was 5 to 8 years ago without waiting 5 to 8 years.

Is the glycerin used in the conditioner an animal or a vegetable glyerin? Are these products vegan?

Also, I started using Wen recently which has no laureth sulfate in it (said to dry hair out) and I really like it. Your shampoo does list laureth sulfate in it and I see that as a conflict in trying to maybe alternating use of each product. I have used FAST in the past and I think (not sure actually) it made my hair grow faster, and I would like to try it again but have a conflict as I really do like the Wen all in one shampoo/conditioner.

I have used this produt off and on for 3 years. From time to time I get bored with my hair so I decide to buzz it to a #2 or #3 depending on the season. I can always count on F.A.S.T. to get my hair growing fast and in very good shape. I actually did buzz my hair in February of 2010. My daughter was getting married in April of 2010 and nobody knew that I had buzzed it approximately 6 weeks prior as it was back to a length that most people had previously seen, I also got more compliments on how healthy my hair looked.

Thanks NISIM for a great product and one I have come to count on through the years. I would recommentd this product to anyone looking for fast and great results.

Question about the conditioner

1. Is it more effective if I put conditioner on my hair and wear shower cap and stay like that for about an hour? If so, how much effective is it?
2. Does it matter if the water is lukewarm, warm, or hot?

Some people have been confused in the marketplace recently as there are two versions of fast packaging out there. The black caps and our NEW purple caps. There are still many bottles of product on the shelves with black caps. These bottles are ok they just have the old style cap. Check the expire date to make sure the product is still good. It has a long shelf life. Also always insure your product has the factory sealed cap.

New Spray Conditioner

Hello I received the new trial pack of the spray conditioner yesterday and used it for the first time this morning. The spray bottle is great and should be used on the biofactors extract as well - I can not tell you how many times I knocked that bottle over.

Sprayed the conditioner on wet hair before drying, the edges of my hair still looked very dry so I sprayed more on the already dried hair.

The product did not make my hair look or feel greasy.The conditioner is a great de-tangler and my hair looks and feels great...BUT...the edges of the hair still feels very dry...it's still missing something that makes the hair look and feel silky.

Anyway thats my opinion and I don't normally have dry brittle hair my hair is very fine.

Will try it again tomorrow morning and use a bit more of the conditioner.

I found out something about FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm African American and suffer from occasional bald spots. I have very thick coarse hair, which grows VERY VERY slowly. This sounds like something I might want to try, but I don't see any African Americans using this product. Our hair is very delicate. We can't wash it any sooner than once per week, and require additional oils and lotions during the week to maintain moisture. I've opted to wear my hair natural now due to my balding. I don't blowdry or use any chemicals. I have a short afro, which I would love to grow out into a bigger one, but it keeps breaking. I've tried so many products. Can you tell me if this will work for my kind of hair. It needs alot more moisture retention than caucasian hair, and alot less washing.

Hi. I am a 23 year old male who has been suffering with alopecia universalis sinced I was about 10 years old. I recently ran into a schoolmate who had the same condition as me during high school (completely bald due to alopecia). She was able to regrow all of her hair back. She attributed the results to NISIM FAST. She swore by it. The following day I purchased a bottle of FAST shampoo and conditioner. I have been using these products for over 2 weeks now, and notice absolutely no change in hair growth. I am however left with an unbarable red rash on my neck, shoulders and under my chin. I am under a severe amount of pain due to it. It is incredibly itchy, but I dare not scratch it, for fear it will only cause it to spread or kill the newly emerging hair folicles (if there are any).

My procedure is as follows: at approximately 11:00am I shower, washing my body with basic soap, then i was wash my scalp and eyebrows with the FAST shampoo - massaging it in thoroughly, rinse it off, then massage FAST conditioner into my scalp - and let it sit for 10-15 mins, then rinse it off. I follow this exact regimen every day.

Why am I breaking out into an awful rash? Is there something I'm missing? I have no known allegies, so I doubt very much that is the cause.

I have read lots of great testimonials for this product. All of the customers seem very satisfied (including the girl with alopecia that I ran into). So why am I experiencing this? Something must be wrong...

Please get back to me as soon as possible. I am very much in need of your input and help as to what should be done.

Hi, just ordered my first bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I have cut my hair far too short and I hate it - I was resigning myself to becoming a hermit for six months just to let to grow to a reasonable length again. If this product really works, how come so many scientists and other people tell us that there is no way to speed up hair growth?

There are lots of products that claim to do this, what ensures that FAST is successful and is different from the others?

And if I do not get any results after finishing my first bottles, is that an indication that it won't work for me? Lots of people give reviews saying it doesn't work - have they simply not stuck to it enough?

Thank you. I am a bit cynical because your product claims to do something most people say is impossible, but if it does work - well I can guarantee you will have a customer for life, and I will be telling strangers on the street about you!

I have been using FAST for 3 years now and i'm am amazed with the results. I'm the type of person that if I get sick of long hair I chop it all off and most times the hair cut doesn't look all that good after awhile. I started using FAST when a hairdresser told me about it and with in a month my hair has grown an inch and a half if not more. Also now a year later I can straigten, colour & style my hair any way I please. My hair is past my shoulders and is still getting longer quickly with the use of this product. This product is by far the best shampoo and conditioner out there; it helps your hair grow, keeps your hair nice and healthy and extremely silky, and smellls amazing too. I would definately recommend FAST for anyone thats has had a bad hair cut or for those that just don't want to live with short hair anymore. Thank you FAST for making an amazing product.

My teenage daughter took haircutting to the next level and cut off all her fringe and most of one side of her head. A hairdresser has evened it up a bit, but she will really have to wait for it to grow back.

I have ordered FAST shampoo after reading all the reviews about it and will keep the forum posted about how quickly her grows back.

I use only the shampoo to wash my hair and after i get out of the shower use the conditioner as a leave-in and then blow dry. My hair was super short, before i started using this product in October, My hair is now 2 inches below my neck!!!
