I think this is normal? My extract is also watery, yellow, and alcohol smelling. But i still use it..hopefully theres nothing wrong with it.

The color of the extract will vary from bottle to bottle. There is nothing to be concerned with as far as that goes. Recently we did lighten the color of the base gel that we use in the blending process

I recently received my second bottle of Nisim Hair Extract Gel Formulation. The first bottle I received contained a yellow liquid (051408), while the one I just received is clear (060109). Could you please let me know which bottle contains--or contained--the proper mixture? Surely the effectiveness of the product is linked to its consistency, so I'm very concerned about what I've been using.

The Gel extract will be yellow and is just as effective. The original is a light brown to yellow color.

If you are having issues I suggest you stop using all the products for about a week or 10 days then start again

I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not but I ordered 4 months worth of extract, 3 of which turned out to contain this yellowy extract. Is it a coincidence that since using the yellow extract my improving and thickening hair taken a massive downturn and seem to balding again?
Is there any evidence to suggest that the yellow extract were just as effective?

The last batch we produced the base gel was a little more yellow than in the past we have told the supplier of the base gel to make sure it is not so dark next time. The alcohol smell is actually normal as there is alcohol in the gel extract too

This is quite weird, but yesterday I bought a new bottle of the extract and it was very yellow in color, smelled strong like alcohol, and was very 'liquidy' (it dripped off my fingers easily). I'm just wondering if the product is o.k to use and why is the color like that and why it smells like alcohol a lot more than it did in the past.

We have looked into this and the color is slightly different. The product is the same we have checked into our manufacturing records and found that the base gel was slightly darker on this batch but nothing else is different.

Hi Admin I got same batch number 051408 exp/2013/05 and is gel formulation extract its strong smell of liquid a lot of alcohol and is very yellow 2 dare is any problem because I finest 1 bottle already. I used a bottle of sample before gel formulation extract which is not to yellow, and is clear liquid is more ticker Dan 8oz bigger bottle of extract gel. Way this difference Can you explain this?

Another question Admin doze all bigger bottles of extracts got batch number printed on bottom?

Because I ordered new 1 extract original formula 8oz and also got batch number on bottom number is 050808 exp/2012/05 dare is any variations in this 1?

OK thanks we will have a look at this lot and see if there is anything unusual that we can notice.

The good news is you have a bonafide product. I would not be concerned about using it. But we will look to see if there is anything unusual about this lot of product.

Thanks for the reply. Where would the lot number be located? The liquid smells a lot more strongly of alcohol than the other bottles i've used too.

This is likely just due to slight variations within the batch. If it is in our bottle and has a lot number on it please provide the lot number we will check it.

The liquid from the bottle of gel formulation extract I have just started is yellow coloured as opposed to the clear liquid that has come from my previous 3 bottles. Is this a problem?
